Marketing Automation Specialist

In our Talent Acquisition plan, we are planning to hire a Marketing Automation Specialist.

Job Profile
  • Previous experience in similar roles of at least 3 years.
  • Design and development of activities aimed at automating marketing and sales processes.
  • Previous experience with Marketing Automation platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML;
  • Basic knowledge of UX design principles is appreciated;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills of results.
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • One or more certifications in marketing platforms will be considered a plus.

Task

  • Design and development of activities aimed at automating marketing and sales processes for both B2B and B2C companies
  • Setting up campaigns, measuring their results, and evaluating any corrective actions;
  • Creation of automation, customer journeys, and performance measurement;

Nice to have

  • Experience in IT consulting firms or within media agencies
  • Knowledge of the main CRM systems;

Workplace: the company has offices in Montebelluna and Milan, with the possibility of remote work.
