Marketing Automation Specialist

In our Talent Acquisition plan, a Marketing Automation Specialist is expected to be hired.

Job Profile

Prior experience in similar role of at least 3 years
Design and development of activities aimed at automating Marketing and sales processes
Prior experience with Marketing Automation platforms
Basic HTML knowledge;
Knowledge of UX design basics appreciated;
Good communication skills and presentation of results
Strong problem solving skills;
Ability to work as part of a team;
One or more Certifications on marketing platforms will be considered a plus.

Task

Design and development of activities aimed at automating marketing and sales processes of B2B and B2C companies
Setting up campaigns, measuring their results and evaluating any corrective actions;
Creating automation, customer journey, and performance measurement;

Nice to have

Experience in IT consulting firms or within Media Agencies;
Knowledge of major CRMs;

Work Location: the company has offices in Montebelluna and Milan, with the possibility of smart working.
