The campaign is therefore an external marketing project that you want to plan, manage and record.
It can be activities to be carried out via traditional mail, a seminar, an advertisement, an email message or another type of marketing initiative. It allows you to define the objectives, the progress statuses and the references to the people/companies that commissioned the campaign; you can set the assignees and the
responsible as well as the products/interests associated with the campaign that will be proposed
automatically during the negotiation phase. Normally the commercial campaign is used as a “container” of the actions to be carried out in order to also have statistical data based on the evolution of the negotiations. The names can be extracted from a database, which can be created or integrated by importing data from external sources, or determined by specific parametric queries that extract data from the Infinity database; these names flow into the work lists.

The lists can be based on static elements (i.e. frozen at the time of preparation) or on dynamic filters (i.e. the elements are added to the list if they meet the selection criteria. You can work on the list: • Immediately creating commercial negotiations based on assignment rules; • performing typically collaborative mass actions (setting appointments, activities, attaching documents, etc.); • creating messages for mass sending via email, fax, SMS, etc. The messages can be created using a text EDITOR, which is simple and intuitive to use, similar to that of a common word processor; it is possible to insert hyperlinks or variable fields within the messages to create messages
