About Infinity CRM Zucchetti
Infinity CRM is the Infinity Zucchetti module designed for complete and efficient management of relationships with your company’s current and potential customers.
Thanks to the CRM platform, the company can effectively manage Pre-sales, Sales and Post-sales activities, automating the processes.
In general, with Infinity CRM you can:
- Manage Sales Opportunities: by classifying information and monitoring activities;
- Gestire Contatti interessati per cogliere ogni opportunità commerciale, grazie a strumenti di analisi, pianificazione, quotazione e reporting;
- Offer Support to your current customers: filter, log and track support requests, maintenance activities, contracts and FAQs;
Infinity CRM is composed of modules and different functions that allow you to manage the process by following each phase in a complete and detailed manner.
In particular, assignment and control rules are available within the platform to automate the operational flow.
Infinity CRM and Marketing Automation Integration
For the purposes of Infinity CRM and Marketing automation integration, the following data exchange methods are available:
- message creation on Infinity of Marketing Automation type with association of lists of names extracted based on the filters available within the CRM. The message and the lists will be sent to Marketing Automation using its advanced functions. Infinity will then have the possibility of querying the statistics generated on Marketing Automation – importing them as possible new distribution lists;
- recupero di qualsiasi segmento (insieme di contatti estratti liberamente sulla base di filtri o flussi di Marketing Automation) grazie al profilo / impostazione di import “Marketing Automation”. Opzione che permette di recuperare anche i nuovi contatti nati esclusivamente su MA come ad esempio potenziali che hanno navigato un sito o manifestato un interesse da una campagna di Lead Generation sui Social, o compilato una Landing Page di MA;
- manual or scheduled synchronization of personal data(including consents to data processing) between the two applications in order to have aligned (as far as possible) the information processed by the two applications;
Use cases:
a. Creating a personalized marketing campaign
SCENARIO: A company wants to send a targeted email campaign to a specific group of contacts selected in the Infinity CRM.
Selection of primary data and assets on Infinity CRM:
- The company uses Infinity’s advanced filters to create a mailing list based on detailed criteria (for example, customers who have purchased a specific product in the last six months);
- The list is verified to ensure the uniqueness of emails and phone numbers using the name replacement feature, avoiding duplicates not accepted by Marketing Automation;
Creazione della campagna su Marketing Automation:
- The contact list is sent to Marketing Automation with the automatic creation of a campaign in the “Creating” state.
- In Marketing Automation, the company selects a custom HTML template, plans the sending flow (for example, “Email Sending”), and sets up A/B testing rules to improve the email open rate;
Monitoring and Analysis:
- Infinity collects return statistics from Marketing Automation, such as open rate, link clicks and bounce rate. This data is used to create new sublists of interested contacts;
- The sublists are transferred to the sales force to generate commercial negotiations or to launch targeted telephone campaigns;
b. Recovery of Contacts born on Marketing Automation
SCENARIO: The company wants to collect new contacts generated through landing pages and lead generation campaigns on social media integrated with Marketing Automation.
Contact Collection:
- Marketing Automation creates dynamic segments based on interactions such as signing up for a newsletter or completing a questionnaire. These segments are accessible from Infinity via the “Marketing Automation” import profile;
Data integration, cleaning and validation:
- Through a wizard, Infinity imports the segments and associates the contacts with existing names according to priority rules (for example, names linked to customers or company records).
- The uniqueness of contacts is guaranteed by avoiding duplicates based on email or telephone number, according to GDPR rules.
Operational use:
- Imported contacts are integrated into existing Infinity lists or used to create new campaigns;
- Any contacts with errors or duplicates are reported and managed through the replacement procedure;
These use cases highlight how the integration between Infinity CRM and Marketing Automation improves the effectiveness of marketing activities, optimizing contact management and campaign tracking.
